Experience

Colin Mitchell specialises in the production, maintenance and assessment of Structural inspections, and related safety works, for the higher hazard industries - notably oil, gas and nuclear. Contracts are undertaken for private and public sector organisations, covering all phases of the project life cycle.

Colin Mitchell contributed to the Government's rail industry consultations on Evacuation & Escape From Trains (HSE), The EC Second Railway Package (DfT) and Establishing A Rail Accident Investigation Branch (DfT). Elements of these submissions were incorporated into the Government's official reports.
